Refund policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective merchandise.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the order date (not the ship date) to request a return.
- Requests submitted after 30 days of the order date will not be accepted.
- Proof of defect may be required, including photos and a description of the issue.
- All defective return requests are subject to review and approval.
If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
